City of Maple Grove

The City of Maple Grove contracted me to help them make their site more user friendly. Folks liked the graphics, but they couldn't find what they needed on the site -- nor could the site be easily maintained.

The goal of this redesign was to improve the usability of the site's design. comprised planning and usability education, information architecture, prototyping, a comprehensive overhaul, and a formal usability study. I also trained authors in advanced features of Front Page.
