Sample White Board

When I engage in architecture, I:
  • Meet with the web team
  • Brainstorm content ideas on a Post-It Easel or white board
  • Consider different ways to organize the content
  • Show areas where the system integrates with other systems, if applicable
  • Show hyperlinks and include files
  • Indicate areas for future expansion
  • Reference templates
  • Use a program called Visio to render final diagrams.  (These diagrams can be converted to many compatible formats, like JPGs)
