Consider the following best practices to see how well your site is branded for the web:
[ ] Your web site is easily distinguished from other web sites that offer similar products and services.
[ ] The design elements you use on your web site are the same as those that appear on your printed materials. 
[ ] The sounds, words and symbols in your brand have an equivalent meaning and tone for those in other places that are important to you -- in other cultures, in other countries, in different communities, etc.
[ ] You use the same terms consistently to describe your products and services thought your site and all communications materials
[ ] You have a logo.
[ ] Typeface in your logo and through your site is a san-serif font?
[ ] The overall experience that visitors have when they use your web site is similar to the experience they would have if they came into your store or office, conversed by phone, or communicated in some other way.
