Depending on the need, time frame, budget and interest level, the training plan may include:

• one-on-one training 
• a class -- custom or offered through a local institution
• a support network
• a self-paced tutorial

Once the training outlined in the plan has been completed, we follow up. This is to ensure that the required skills have indeed been acquired, and to determine if there are any new education and training needs growing out of the new skill set.
