• Your customer's preferred method of communication

• What email software you and your customers use

• The size of your existing email list and how you intend to use it. Different options include:

  • Opt-in email, via your web site, list rental, or "series" email marketing

  • Email newsletter classified and sponsorship advertising

  • Email newsletter solo mailings (text and html) and network advertising

  There is also unsolicited bulk email marketing, but there are negative consequences for your brand and your customer relationships; therefore, I do not provide assistance with this service

• Selecting an email management application, if it's appropriate, and adding your existing list

• How often you plan to send emails

• Whether your campaigns can be created in advance and left to send throughout the year without additional administration

• Measuring the results of your campaign

Once the email design is complete, site operators can create new emails and set up new email campaigns. Sending new campaigns will include:

• Changing text, sometimes images

• Uploading the design to a web server

• Copy review

• Sending test messages to a seed list before releasing a campaign
