set up an appointment either on the phone or in person
"Think out loud," while you ask questions along the way.

Cursory: A low-budget solution for some general feedback on your site. A good way to get a quick or "second opinion" on some web-related issue.

Comprehensive: A detailed report to help guide longer-term redesign efforts or to present to management.
