This is misleading because...

Just because a designer builds a high quantity of web sites doesn't affect quality -- i.e. it doesn't mean that they inherently know what will be easy or hard for a user.
While client satisfaction is important, it does not say anything about a site's ease of use.
Education on web usability issues is an important step toward a general understanding the overall goal of making user-friendly sites. In fact, there are many "rules of thumb" that can be applied toward improved usability. It still does not prove whether a particular design is user-friendly. A bridge, for example, may work, but will people feel comfortable enough to cross it?
