Step 1: Consultative Assessment

The first step in our process together, you contact me and we set up a time to talk about your specific needs over the phone. This consultation usually takes about 15 minutes to 1/2 hour. 

If the parameters (goals, budget, technologies, scope, timeline) of your project are uncertain  or more complicated than what we can assess in 1/2 hour, I will recommend that that you either invest in additional consulting or purchase and complete my Web Site Project Prepbook, a web site project planning workbook designed for small businesses and web professionals who want a comprehensive  line of questioning for their clients.

I usually begin billable service when we've exceeded 1/2 hour. I will let you know when this time comes.
