Step 6: Acceptance

As deliverables are created, I like to make sure you are satisfied with the work before we move on to the next step. 

Depending upon the deliverable and the number of team members involved in the project, we may have a phone conference before your accept.

At this meeting, I will discuss with you any challenges or obstacles I see, options you have and risks and benefits to those options.

You will have an opportunity at this meeting to engage in a change, or accept the work as is to proceed to the next stage.

Steps 5 and 6 repeat until all of your work is complete. Then we move to Step 7.
